Christian and I were at secondary school together and both being big and athletic types regularly competed against eaxh other to be the best in school. The two events were shot put and javelin. When I first reconnected with Christian on facebook many years later i moaned to him that he always beat in the Javelin, he replied not to be too upset S he went on to be county champion and more after school. A lovely guy who I will miss
